can some body tell me how many piece of fabrick are in a layer cake.if wanted to make your own layer cake from your stash. thank you in advance I love this board.

Love watching her tutorials. I hadn't seen this one done with a layer cake. Looks like a fun and easy quilt to make.

I can't believe how quickly this went together. From layer cake to completed top only took a few hours this morning, and I LOVE it. I'm not sure I'll be able to give it away as intended! LOL

Thanks so much for the links, I love working with layer cakes, jelly rolls and 5" squares. Have lots of patterns but it seems so quick and easy to just cut strips, etc. Thanks........

Missouri Star Quilt Co. is just super for their tutorials, ideas and online quilt shop. I wished I lived closer, I'd surely frequent their shop.
