Does anyone have the die cut machine for these? Or, is there somewhere to buy pre cuts?

I am still thinking on this one.

Oh I feel so lucky to have that particular magazine. They call it the Spools quilt but I think it looks more like apple cores.

Well, fast-forward and here we are, January 8, 2016 and I still have not done very much of my apple core HAND PIECING, #1 piecemaker. It sits there in a box next to my sewing machine just batting it's eyes at me. Re-reading this post has inspired me to get back to it and try again. I applaud terribb for being so consciencious in handpiecing while recuperating from surgery. That was some great quilt. One day, yes one day, I will get mine done.

The running stitch has not been my best friend -- ever. Perhaps that's why I prefer machine stitching. I know I need to develop patience...and humility. ;o)
