What a wonderful showing of how you treat your fabric. I loved it. I've looked 3 or 4 times. Really nice.

well it has taken me 2 hrs to read all 47 pages of posts,,and to my surprise I did not see where anyone suggested to use acid free mat board that is used in custom picture frame shops....my dh and I have a frame shop and when he cuts a mat the piece in the middle is called the drop-out.....these will build up over a period of time and we donate them to schools and churches for the children to use in crafts.....of course the real big ones are used to cut smaller ones so thats why you let them build up,,,,,then in the end you never have the right color so have to get rid of them,,,they re taking up space,,,,,so that's what I'm using.....working great....just go to your local Frame shop and ask about their scraps.....you may get small to any size but isn;t your fabric stash all sizes???...you can cut with a utility knife and your fabric ruler....this is a good alternative for anyone on limited budget ...I hope this helps someone that can't otherwise spend money to have their stash to look like a fabric store !!!!!! Don't forget-----get the acid free ones----most shops only use acid free anymore.....but ask !!!!!
