Good show!
We ARE proud of you, and your sewing group will enjoy this so much, I am sure! All the fun of quick, easy, but complicated-looking.
By the way - - if you haven't checked out the D9P (disappearing nine patch) ... I would encourage you to put that on your "to do" list next. <wave>
By the way - - by making a sample, didn't you find the lesson much more impressive? Sometimes, folks see an idea, but don't always understand ... if we would just TRY, the lesson would be learned so much easier, eh? <wave>

Here is my block. I will be making a king size for my brother for Christmas. He loves red, so am making it red and black. I love this block, can see myself making lots of them in the future. Also will be showing it to my class when we start back this month.

By working with the two colors, you have demonstrated another concept of this versatile block. How fascinating! <wave>

I've been doing this pattern for the 9 patch project. I am using just 2 fabrics made from 4" squares. Each block is totally different due to use of different fabrics. I love it!

TMF - How are you incorporating all those colors? It is beautiful but I can not imagine how you are doing it. Do you have a larger picture of what you have completed? I am visiting San Antonio/family for two weeks. I love the way the air is so much dryer than Florida. Have a great month.

Hope you don't mind an opinion - if you put black or dr. brown sashing, as you did in your avatar quilt, it will be stunning.

I totally love your quilt top. But then I love that busy look. Hugs and smiles
