I just taught this block to my quilt group last month. It's such a fun, easy block everyone loved making the quilts which we then donated to foster kids. Thanks for the great tute .

Thanks for sharing with all of us. I love your quilt. I just finished a quilt and have some BOMs to work on, but I think I will try your pinwheels after that. You gave excellent directions and with the pictures, you make it very easy to understand.

Just found this tut.......I am finished making these totally addicting pinwheel blocks! :} I am going to separate the pinwheel blcoks with 4-patch blocks. Any suggestions as to how to quilt this? It is a baby quilt....I don't think any quilting is necessary in the pinwheel blocks....just unsure how to attack the rest of the quilt! Thanks.....and thank you to the original poster for such a great tutorial!

wow, super easy, and thanks for your time. One question,, what would be the best size for the squares? I did one that was 5 1/2 in. and it worked.

You can make these in any size you want. I've made them from 2 1/2" to 10", it just depends on what size you want. That's what I like about them.
