Still needs one more border, but here's how mine has turned out! I decided not to use batting in this though...I might suggest others use bigger blocks and less of them if you're making a baby or quilt for a small child because this puppy is HEAVY! I'm just going to back it with minky I think. :)

Thanks so much for the tute....it is great

Thanks for sharing with all of us. I love your quilt. I just finished a quilt and have some BOMs to work on, but I think I will try your pinwheels after that. You gave excellent directions and with the pictures, you make it very easy to understand.

Just found this tut.......I am finished making these totally addicting pinwheel blocks! :} I am going to separate the pinwheel blcoks with 4-patch blocks. Any suggestions as to how to quilt this? It is a baby quilt....I don't think any quilting is necessary in the pinwheel blocks....just unsure how to attack the rest of the quilt! Thanks.....and thank you to the original poster for such a great tutorial!

Just found this tute - it is really lovely and I would like to make it for grandchild due beginning ofnext year. Will find out if pink or blue soon and then will choose fabric!

wow, super easy, and thanks for your time. One question,, what would be the best size for the squares? I did one that was 5 1/2 in. and it worked.
