Yes. The scallops are attached before the final binding is put on.

I tried to find a tute on the internet on attaching prairie points. Here's the best I can come up with:

Maybe someone on this board can post a tutorial on attaching prairie points, or your LQS can help you.

That was a great tut and the quilt came out beautiful mostly because of the border in my opinion.

Just signed up for Message Board. I love the border. I will be using it on my great-granddaughter's pink and white quilt (she is not a baby, but 7 years old, but she will love it). Thanks for showing us how, and instructions were very easy to understand.
