Thank you, I think I get it and will try it after the holidays.

Thank you so much - the finished first block is VERY nice - without foundation piecing, did you have any problem with stretching?

Thanks...I'll add it to my list, but I have to admit that I might find it easier to PP. I'm a little "ruler challenged" at time, much like your DH.

Wow! Thanks. I understand. Maybe that is because I am fairly new to quilting and I am self taught. I will do this to sit on my table when I move (next month). This I know I can do. I am glad I keep reading so that I will cut the right size to allow for the seam allowance. I am curious if you can make it bigger for a wall hanging? (I would put it on the wall near the table.

Husband isn't dumb, just out of his element. I also fish and people are amased that I can tell how long something is(like when tying knots, and I leave exactly 1/4 tail. They can't understand how I do it.)

Sounds followable, but, I have the perfect example to follow. I love the block you made for me.

I really hope this is clear. My DH is trying it, I'll let you know how he does.

I would love to see what you make if you are able to follow this. If not, please ask questions.

thanks so much for posting the tutorial.. can hardly wait to give it a try.

Thank you very much. This is going to be exciting to try. I see 3 different blocks you have already made, so i will be expecting to see a quilt filled with them - correct?
