some days ago, I had posted some picts ot 'lil twister variations.... so here is a small tutorial for the 2 colored variation by using the tool for 3 1/2 inches.

Step 1, make 4 patches, size 5 by 5 inch sq.

Thanks so much for doing this. I do have a question, however. When you say to sew the lil twister blocks in the right order, how do I know what the right order is? I do see that the ones with white need to go on the outside but is there also a rieght order to the inside ones as well? It probably should be obvious but I missed it. Thanks again.

The right order is the order in which you cut them. I found it easiest to cut one row across, stack them in order and sew them together, then go on to the second row. After you sew a few you will begin to see how they should go but it is pretty easy to get confused if you cut too many or get them out of order.

Thanks. I had done three twisters but it is the layout (like you shared with us) that is really helpful.

I would love to see the finished top. Where do you get a pattern? I guess I missed out on the posts for twisters. Thanks for sharing. I'm going to have to look into this.
