Thank You so much. I don't understand most tutorials, but this one is so nice. It means so much. I hope you do more tutorials for those of us that have a hard time understanding. I will be trying one of these. So beautiful is your jacket.

Just wanted to say thank you for is tutorial. I've had a number of compliments on the jacket I made following it but the blue ribbon I won at the county fair when I entered the jacket was the icing on the cake.

I make a similar s/s but I like them longer so I cut a strip about 4 inches wide and long enough to go around and sew it to the bottom of the s/s and then cut my pcs apart. The seam will be facing towards the fabric you are adding so it wont that be noticable on the inside. Your tutorial was one of the best I have seen , thank you for your hard work.

Love these jackets. The possibilities are endless. Made one for myself and one for my granddaughter. She loved hers and wore it with boots to school. ;-)

Love your quilted jacket. Have you posted the rest of it yet? Would love to see how you worked the rest and the finished product.

You could use a favorite sweatshirt pattern and just cut the pieces out of some leftovers too. Great tut.
