Not only are you talented, but you are the BEST "sharer". It never ceases to amaze me how you make tutes that are so easy to understand and that you are so giving.
I love the books you have made. I have purchased a couple and you have answered questions I had about anything! You are a great example to us all. You have enabled me to simplify some difficult looking "stuff" so I can be more creative as well. My hat is off to you friend! (And my stand-up flowers as well!)

thank you everyone. These are just things I have done over the years. It is just the first time I have put them into a quilt. I was just thinking about where I got the inspiration for the blue flower. It came from a picture I saw in my very first quilt book 30 yrs ago. I loved the pictue but couldn't do it the way they did it so I drew my own version. I have been doodling that flower ever since. It is a great way to stretch my fingers when my hand gets tired of sewing. I sit and draw flowers for fun.

This is a flower I cut out of denim. I didn't sew it I just cut out the petals and glued them to my shelf. I left the edges raw. The leaves are also denim from some green jeans I found at a yard sale.

Rhonda, will you stop creating, LOL I'm still working on the sampler. These are so cute. Again, to be added to my "TO DO" list. Good thing I am making small things after I finish the sample cover. I'll never catch up to you! But thanks. I need all this!!!!

Thanks Katie I don't know how much more I have to contribute. I do have a strip work tutorial in mind to do sometime soon. I expect the well will run dry one of these days and I will have shared all there is to share! LOL
