I bought a couple of the log cabin pin cushin chicks from one of our vendors at our quilt show a couple of years ago and just love them. I've always wanted to find a pattern for them but never have seen one. Thanks for sharing what you have put together, they are really cute.

Love your funky chickens. I had purchased one made from just one piece of fabric and felt and kind of figured out how to make it. However, love your tute and your renditions with scrappy piecing or with selvedge edges.

I have a sewing friend who raises chickens. She'll love one. And the rest of my friends will have to have one 'cause otherwise they'll be jealous. Great tutorial.

I adore your flock of chicks. Maybe I will make a few to roost around here.
