I am not sure of the pattern name but it would be easy to get graph paper and draw it out. Good luck to you and hopefully someone can help you out with a name

I don't know the name but did identify the two blocks that make up the pattern. I called it Twirling Windmills. The lines I put in with Paint aren't easily seen unless you magnify. The block is built on a 16 patch. I would probably make these as 8 inch blocks, but 12 inch would look good too.

Graph paper is a great idea!! Thank for helping me out - I am new to all of this - quilting, forum... All of it - so thank you!

Ahhh! I see the different blocks! I was not seeing those as the blocks previously - I was trying to put the entire "windmill" design into it's own block. Having it marked out like that really helps! Thank you so much for taking the time to do that for me and posting!!
