Ok I've read everyone elses posts on how to get an even one inch on all three patterns. Mine wouldn't go no matter what I done. I got tired of using paper and ink. I don't know how because it usually doesn't let you copy over but I copied the patterns, took it to the Paint program, resized it to 97%...held it to the screen and Vio`la! I now have three perfectly sized patterns. All 1" squares match up. Heck I don't know, I may be wrong but it seemed to work for me.

KSenn, I love the orange quilt in your avatar. Is that an inspector?

I think it's fine - once it gets beside others there will be contrast.

I follow the suggestion of printing the first one in landscape mode. Worked great. Printing it the other way, it was the wrong size. The other two pages where fine printing off as letterhead. Thanks for the tip. Later . .

I think your block is beautiful. If it really isn't enough contrast for you, you could outline the church in a very fine point permanent black fabric pen. One slip and you won't be saying not enough contrast.

My Grandcat. She has since moved to Texas, but our cat, Cookie, is an equally attentive quilt "inspector"

Just love your windows! It is gorgeous! I think that your windows make up for the lack of contrast that you feel is in your block. But really, it is looking great! :-D
