Love your background fabric, bluebonnet. Don't despair -- 24 blocks will still make a nice sized quilt.

It'll be big enough and it sure beats sweating it out when you're low on background fabs. There is no way I can get more. It's pretty old. And thanks!

Okay, going to bail from MT#8 caboose and jump on board the next stop of #10. I have done some stash diving. Most of my fabrics are FQ or smaller so will see how it works. Still have a problem finding a big enough piece of background. I have one but it is a geometric print on white that I think will be too busy or disruptive. I will try and post photos tonight and then I can spend some time in the evenings this week doing the cutting.

Status of #8, well pieced into 4 sections to start quilting. Trying to decide on backing fabric and finding big enough pieces of batting to do the whole thing.

When we lived in SE Wisconsin, there was a Jelly Belly Warehouse about 2 miles from us.....We loved going there, and we'd take any visitors to the warehouse, as there was (and still is, as far as I know) a train ride inside with a video at different displays showing how the candies are made. Then the store section.....well, let's not go there.....!

Love all the colors that have been posted! My personal train has been derailed for a short time, but I WILL board the Mystery Train at some point!

I realize now that the jelly belly 'factory' up the street is just where they put the jelly belly candies in fancy packaging to ship to everywhere, the actual mfg. is near San Francisco (+/_ 700 miles north)...but....they taste so fresh !!! and a tangerine and a coconut at the same time is still yummy.

Debbie JJ ...join us, even if it is with construction paper and glue/tape like my neighbor friend...it is still fun !
