Still needing that "like" button. This is attractive, I rather like it.

Just Jan - sorry misunderstood you about the sizing. You definitely could easily make a bigger center block. And I love your placemats. The pattern is addicting, just finished another one in case anyone wants to see it.

Dotty -- I just put a couple small dabs of glue on the folded edge to hold in place, not glued all over.

Sunlite, no just to hold in place 'cause they are so small.

Finished one. I changed out a couple of colors trying to brighten it up a bit. Then I realized that we have an extra week to finished these. Right? Please let me know if I'm wrong.

yes, next and final clue will be on the 19th -- I will be out of town on the 12th. I like your colors, very pretty. The light tan looks great.

Hopefully here is a picture from a resturant/bar out here in the boonies. It is only a few miles from here - up-hill. There is a small community there - a lot less lost than us! We are in a hollow where even the wind doesn't find us as much as up there, but everything here is up. Behind this is a state-owned wildlife refuge and another farm plus a few houses.

Picture posting worked! This is the first time I have posted a picture here - a little bit more complicated than other sites. I set up an album for my photos. I finished my black quilt needed for granddaughter's last- year's graduation! Almost finished --- Just needs the hand work on binding - FINALLY. Now I can have some quilting FUN. Just need to hit the stash tomorrow when I am not resting with the binding job.

Here's my blocks. I've whittled it down to two sets - the gift and the copy-cat.

If only I could get them to lie flat now . I do like the way of glueing the triangle, but it does leave a lot of bulk in those seams lol.

Now I have to get them trimmed to size, and then put it all away till the 19th.......

    Cheers, K
