Working on sashing and cornerstones today--haven't decided on borders yet.

Controlled scrappy is as close as I’ve ever gotten & did pretty good with this quilt train. I really love the beginning of your medallion quilt. Now there’s a quilt along I could get into!
Thanks for your input. But I'm not going to take the quilt apart to add more sashing. 64" square seems to be a good size for a charity quilt. I prefer rectangular quilts, but didn't want to do any more piecing to extend it.

Mystery Train 20 2 rows done. Here’s what the sashing will look like between them.
I like your colour choices. Controlled scappy quilts always seem so peaceful compared to full-on scrappy.

Angelia -- love your colour choices. I'll be interested in seeing the whole quilt finished.

Macybaby: I like the way you matched your butterflies(1/2 HST’s) with the same color family.

I have a lot of red in my 9-patches so I am putting them together in the center block. Hopefully, I will get more blocks assembled tomorrow.

I’m half way done. I still can’t decidee if I’m going to sash each block or do it this way and add several borders.
