I chose to do the last round in all the same fabric.

Looks really nice. How about a scrappy pieced binding?!

My blocks also finished at 9"...I added 7 1/2" triangles, and trimmed a bit but kept the points. Love how the values of fabrics are emerging!

Those are both very nice. I'm thinking on a controlled scrappy for my triangles, but I like both ways.

oh this is really pretty! I have my small triangles sewn to my squares but wasn't sure if I wanted to stay scrappy or use only 2 fabrics for the big squares. I guess I better head back to the caboose so I can think about it.

Poker Diva, your squares look great with the one color triangles. But the scrappy is the way I'm going. I have very few darks, so proceeded smartly to HLobby to pick up some 1/4 yard cuts. I'm a happy camper tonight!
PeginCO, it's rude to ask, but curiosity...what are the red thingies beside your squares? I've tried to figure it out all day. It's okay not to answer. I understand my rudeness, but can't help myself sometimes!!

Clue # 3, doubled, took all day to do but what fun. It's a riot and I love it!

Really liking everyone's blocks so far. All different and all so pretty! Thanks Judy, this is fun!
