    I'm confused. I sewed 2 pcs together that are 2 1/2 x 4 1/2". This does not g1ve me a 4 1/2 " square. I'll go read the directions again.

Here are mine so far. I don't have all of them finished but wanted to show what colors I am using. I have a lot of purple left from my DGD's quilt and thought it would be perfect for this one.

OK I think I'm just going to be a Lookie Lou this train trip but will help to keep the food car well stocked LOL. Just dropped off warm chocolate chip bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and whip cream!! All calories have been removed LOL!! I will save all clues so I can make this at a later time. Thanks Judy for all your time you put into these train rides!

Even though I haven't finished #8, I'm still in. We had a very busy couple of months, quiet now so I hope to keep up with this train ride. Thanks Judy!

    Karen, love the purple too.

everyone, when cutting yardage, how much does it take to make the blocks.
at first, I thought it was a fat qutr since that was the size Judy asked for. but now
I see we need a bigger piece. I need to go shop tomorrow, so how much do I need?
