Violetsfarm: I found the sidewalk fabric at Joann's...bought it especially for the walk.

My Farmhouse is in a jungle! The Amazon Jungle, parrots get bigger than houses there......LOL

I would never have attemped this block, but with everyone here helping, it was actually fun (even if kind of wonky). Something happend to the left side, not sure why, but on to the next challenge!

We have 21 Farmhouse in our slide show on Photobucket.

    And here is mine:

very cute...and for your second attempt... doesn't look like it.
I'm with you, also belong to Stars...have you ck out the one that starts on the 8th Balt Quilt.
Thanks for the info on the Baltimore Quilt...I almost missed that one! I'm going to try it...have been wanting to learn to do machine applique.

Hello from WV. This is my first attempt at posting, so I hope I do this right. :) I love this board and read it every morning. I have been inspired by so many of the posts, from your creativity and talent to your generosity and compassion.
I decided to join this BOM (my first) and am now hooked on paper piecing. I think it's a love/hate relationship, though. (Reminds me that I need to get a new seam ripper, mine is too dull, haha)
I love how everyone's block is so unique. I think I will try to add embellishments to mine while waiting for March 1st.
Thanks again to everyone and I'll see you in the morning.
    Pam
P.S. Also included a picture of my church block.

Here is my farmhouse. It took me all week. I think I tore out all the larger seams at least once, some 2 or 3 times. But finally it's done, and I'm happy with it!

Scrap4evr - great job, about the most perfect roof I have seen, sure better than mine. Birdbath is a nice touch.

Wow! I stayed up late last night, went to bed, got up and there are a whole village of farmhouses!!! They are all so wonderful looking!

I started mine last night, but when I cut a piece wrong I knew it was time to call it a night and head to bed. I'll work on it some more tonight after the game and then work on it tomorrow once the kids are off to school.
