I think 4 flowers look good grouped together, but Bonni is thinking of only using 3 flowers...that would look good, also. Looking forward to seeing that one. I'm in the process of doing a fall applique wall hanging and decided to do this block at the same time...went together really fast. This BOM was my very first attempt at machine applique and I really enjoy doing it...don't know if I could do it the way Bonni and some others do.

It does take me longer but I haven't done much machine applique either. Every time I see people post their machine applique I second guess myself since yours look better. i am still trying to get my points and stuff better. But that's ok. It's a work in progress and nobody's "first" is always how they like it. It does tell me I can do this (pick whichever method to do it by) and that means i can do a second one. :)

It took has let me branch out to do baltimore style blocks and table runners, etc for other swaps. It is TOTALLY been worth it.

Love your block Lynn, I like the 4th flower, I think I'll add it too.

Wow....I have been absent from this BOM for a few months....way too busy. But I'll do it all after January.

Peg, I am so sorry to hear about your flood!! Wow!! That must have been horrific. I can't imagine being flooded. If you want to talk earthquakes, however.....

Glad you are fine, and have started to recover. Sending prayers for you and your family. Janice
