Pam H, so glad you have lost your vacation weight. That's a good start. I'm sure I won't lose as much this month, as my doctor said she had my thyroid medicine too high, so she cut me back. I have to have it checked on a regular basis, just as I do my A1C for my diabetes, because I no longer have a thyroid, so have to depend entirely on my Synthroid.
