    Thank you Ditter, I am going to check this out. Going to the cancer doctor at end of this month and would like to see what he thinks of this.

    I am in the process of finding a doctor who will prescribe it for me. My PCP refused, the doctor at the neuromuscular clinic refused, so the hunt goes on. Anyone know of a Michigan doctor who is not in the dark ages? I think there's a holistic MD in Grand Blanc, but I can't find a listing.
