    Amazingly, I haven't had a food addiction for months. But I've discovered that I LOVE chai tea and can't get enough of it. I brew my own and use honey as the sweetner and low cal creamer... W.W. points equals 1 per cup. I like the spiced vanilla, and I like it in my lovely tall clear glass cup. YUM!

    I have been doing the same thing and I like the celery with the deep groove. LOL

    I am fighting with myself to stop and Dairy Queen to get a pumpkin blizzard.. they have them during this time each year. OH, my, they are sooooo good.

    I have apple slices with walnuts in vanilla yogurt. Always hits the spot!!
