I found a free pattern online to make dresses out of onesies and t-shirts. I haven't made the t-shirt ones yet, but here are the ones I made out of the onesies. They will be for one of my nieces. I will make more for my other three nieces.

These are adorable! Did you add any elastic or anything to the little dress? Like will it still stretch like the onesies do or no? Cute Cute Cute! Makes me want to have a little girl. I have a 4 year old little boy :) I do have fun making girly things for my niece and my friends' little babies!
