I also have this and I'm waiting on the full thyroid panel and also a sonogram as I have a bad problem of where I totally stop breathing because of sallowing and chocking you can see I have a large Goiter down by my windpipe. I also don't have all my eyebrows and the hair has fallen off my legs and arms and now my hair is falling off of my head as well in handfuls. They say this goes with it also, at this rate I may end up bald ..eeks

I changed taking my high blood pressure meds from morning to night after watching a show recently.

There are several signs to tell you if your thyroid is low. Years ago, Good Housekeeping had an article about low thyroid. I was at my local beauty salon and started answering questions and all came out yes. So my next trip to Dr I asked him about it. They did the blood test and sure enough my thyroid was very low. I can't remember questions except for being tired, no energy, low luster hair, losing hair, not sleeping at night. I would imagine the internet would give you any info you might need to know. I was amazed how much better I felt after several months on correct medication. Take care of yourself....we all have UFO's to finish!!

Haha too funny! Sad thing is I don't think I even need to check to see if the pencil will fall down :(
