Help, I have purses, pouches and such I would like to make using zippers. But, they are so pricey... to me anyway.

I tried JoAnn's today but the best I could do was zipper-by-the-yard and then you had to buy the pricey zipper heads.

You might want to try thrift shops. At mine I can get them for 10 cents each.

Search out zipperstop on eBay. I use tons of zippers and have never had a problem.

I buy all my zippers at HomeSew , great prices lots of colors. They just had a .99 cents shipping coupon code L06 .. not sure if its still valid. I used it a few days ago ordering some zippers but that was the end of August. It shows up as a credit on the invoice. It confused me at first I kept looking at the shipping charge and it did not change .. but it there but as a credit up in the items purchased area.

I recomend Zipperstop also but if you are going to buy a lot go right to their web site. Wonderful to deal with and they ship really fast. I don't work for them I am just a satisfied customer!
Here's a link to the ones I like. (I can pick and chose the colors and sizes I want)

Just happened to run across this source today for zippers. Very reasonable shipping prices also.

    http://www.etsy.com/shop/kandcsuppli...e_buyer&page=1

I ordered 65 -8" YKK zippers and the total cost (including shipping) works out to be about 44 cents apiece. Can't wait til my order arrives. :-D

Here is a site where you can buy in bulk. I have ordered from Jennifer before. She ships immediately. Very good service. She offers colored assortments, as well as single colors in bulk.
