Morning person
#1
How many of us are morning people. I know I am. I'm up between 4 and 5 every morning. Don't know why just wake up. I can't do much because everyone is still in bed. So I get on the computer and see what you guys are up to.

I am retired, and get up at 5:15 to get the hubby off to work. once i am awake, i get out of the bed. even on his days off i "sleep in" till around 6 or 6:30! i have always been a morning person. then if i need to go to the store, i am waiting around half the day for the shops to open! lol

I have never, never been a morning person. But near the end of April, I started walking up between 4 and 5 as well. I am planning on rearranging my sewing room this week and have fabric for two cushions for a chair in there to make it more comfortable for handsewing (and reading) when everyone else is still sleeping. A more mature friend has suggested that my body is going through the 'change' and maybe this is why it's happening. It still takes me about an hour to really wake up. 5:18 seems to be my most consistent time.

i have always been a morning person... i love early mornings and get most done in the morning, by 2pm i'm usually running out of steam and ready for a nap ;)
even when i worked nights i had trouble sleeping in the mornings, on days off i would still start my day early, sleeping in is 6:30am...
in my family (mom-siblings) i am the only morning person, the othe 6 people all believe no day should start before noon, my daughter is that way too...by the time they are ready to start their day i've already put in 7 hours normally.
