I can't imagine why these are so hot. But then again, Cabbage Patch dolls and Tickle Me Elmo didn't trip my trigger either.

    Good luck, Billy!

(Maybe that trip my trigger comment should be over in the "phrases that puzzle me" thread.)

two of my grankids want them 8 dollars is all I will pay.....so if you find them...Walmart here says they are not available....being made in China.....The toy just moves and backs up.....they want you to buy all the accesories.... I don't think kids are all that interested...see mostly adults that want them for adults.....The kids want the interactive toy that has a life on the computer...they are cute...good luck on the toy hunt

I am going to look for some tonite in the we hours of the morning at Wally world just to see if I can find one.

Kinda reminds me of looking for Hot Wheels Years ago when I collected them.

It's the one toy my DGD asked for this year. I still will not pay $40 for a $8.99 toy. She will get it later.

If you don't have any luck at target try ebay. I just got one for my niece brand new in the box for $28. I know more than in the store, but when you are 8 you really want Santa to come thru:)

I have not seen one in person. It is made by a St. Louis company, but they are rare here also. Good Luck!

Good luck with your quest..if all else fails, get her a real Guinea Pig (they are a bit more cuddly than real Hamsters and don't smell). Can't these stores take a small deposit and hold one for you 'til you can pick it up?

Good luck never even heard of one, but I can see why she wants one, she doesn't have to feed it or pick up poop.

She told me that one of the reasons she wants one is to see how our dogs react to it. We have 2 Poms, an Chihuahua, and an Irish Setter so it would be funny watching all of them trying to play with it. But she says they are cute and I always get her some kinda silly thing to put in her stocking every year.
