I'm also Grammy and husband is Grandpa to our two oldest granddaughters. To our youngest grandsons he is Papa but when I want to make the boys laugh I call him Poppers. When the boys want to tease me they call me GRANDMAAAAW but they normally call me Grammy. Their other grandmother is BEBE which I think is cute, her name is Belinda.

My son's two kids call me "Minnie", not sure where that came from. My daughter's son calls me his "little grandma". I love both names!!!

When my first grandaughter was able to talk, I wanted her to call us Grandma and Grandpa. She had a difficult time pronouncing them so we were called MawMaw and PawPaw. Ten years later when the next grandchild arrived and started to talk, I figured why change it now, so they all called us the same as the first grandchild.

Our son's daughter calls both sets of grandparents by our dogs names, although not when she is with us, then it is grandma and grandpa. Otherwise, it is grandma with Joey or grandma with Lucy. She is 4 now.

My DD calls my mom - Mom Mom, and my grandmother (who I call Nana) Nana.

My DD doesn't have a grandfather, my dad died a year before my DD was born. And my DH's family all live in England - DD has NEVER met them (almost 3 years later..)
