    I want to thank my mom for getting me sewing when I was in elementary school in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was always sewing something and got me my own little machine so I could be just like mom. I went on to be a home ec & fine arts teacher for 32 years. Took a class from Eleanor Burns 9 years ago and got hooked on quilting. Retired from regular teaching this year-I sub now and I have the time to sew! Finished my first rag quilt and am working on UFP. The only quilts I ever finished were ones I helped kids on and now I get to be selfish and finish my own!!!
