Connecting Threads blog this morning presented a YouTube video with Becky Goldsmith from Piece 'O Cake Designs how to use laminating sheets to make applique templates. I'm sure any type of laminating sheets could be used for this process. I have a laminating machine, so I purchase laminating sheets in bulk. You can go to Connecting Threads and click on their YouTube Channel to watch the video. This is a great technique, rather than to use template material.

I searched every which way too, and couldn't find it......there seemed to be lots of old stuff around, but nothing new?...

I use laminating sheet for my applique. I have their video, but becky goldsmith has several good tutorials on you tube. The sheets are much easier to cut than plastic. Becky Goldsmith is half of piece o' cake.
