    Free Quilt Patterns has a new web page that I find very useful. It is called Pattern Playground. You can create your own block, use fabric swatches from major fabric comapanies, and print out complete instructions when you are done. It may not have the same functionality of the expensive e-programs but I like it for my personal use,
