Scroll down to the darning and free motion quilting stuff. There is a spring to use with any needle instead of purchasing the spring/needle disposable combo. There is an attachment that moves the fabric side to side for zig zig. Unfortunately, it is sold out. Quite a bit of info in the product descriptions. http://sewingmachine221sale.bizland....re/page45.html

Thanks! I have a White Rotary treadle I got from my MIL. It has a box of attachments, but not some of the ones shown on the website. I do have the Tucker, the 5 Stitch Ruffler, five different hemmers and some others I am in the dark about! One of these days I'm going to have to lit down and figure out how to use this little machine. I do have the instruction book so I should be able to figure it out.

Oh wait till you sew with it. It is a dream. I can never go back to electric. I have always been good at sewing but hated it, the machining part. With the treadle it is different. With a motor one must follow the motor, adapt to its control. With a treadle you are in perpetual create mode with no following or having to work skill around motor. Treadle sewing is very intuitive. Therapy. Less ripping for me. Picture of your machine?

Thanks, yobrodsew. When I get to it, I may be seeking your help! Wish you were close by so you could come over!
