Default St Joseph Mo sewing center closing

*Apologies if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move as needed.

The sewing center in St Joseph, MO is closing at the end of this week and everything is 50% off. They're open 10-5 and still have a really good inventory. I'm sad to see them go but if you're in NW Missouri its a heck of a deal to be had.

Quilters Corner is closing and the last day will be on Dec 21, 2013. Sad all these shops are closing up and material is so expensive.

I am going to go there and see what I can find in the way of notions, rulers and books as that is what I did when the last quilt store closed up.
Its raining again here .. :-)

Thanks for the info on Quilters Corner. I didn't realize St. Joe Mo had 2 quilt shops. is it in the south end? I'm having a google brain fart tonight and can't locate it. I knew Savannah MO had two though. I'll have to check it out.

Made a special trip to St Joe today to go,to,the quilt shop sale And it was closed. I was told by another lady who,had also come from out of town, that the owners were on vacation and the lady who,was to work today had a medical emergency. So it was a totally wasted trip. I don't think the other shop mentioned is in St Joe as the person said it was closing in December and the St Joe, MO store is closing this week. Could you tell me about the 2 quilt shops in Savannah, MO? I didn't t know there were any there. Also, what were most of the original prices of the fabric at the sewing center? Thanks for your help.
