    Default embroidery program question

I bought some embroidery patterns thinking they were one line patterns so I could quilt with them but they turned out to be back stitched or double stitched. I am wondering if there might be a program I could purchase to take out the extra stitches to make them a single stitch line pattern. I would appreciate any help you have>
    thanks

I don't have an answer for you about a program. I searched for single line machine embroidery designs. There are literally thousands of pictures out there. Not sure how many translate to an actual design. What are you interested in? Flowers, waves, clouds??? https://www.bing.com/search?q=single...gns&FORM=QSRE1
Edited to add: Did you buy applique patterns? I think they always have double sewing lines. It would be tedious, but you could forward through your design when you are sewing to just not sew the lines you don't want.

Do you want designs for the EMB machine to use for quilting?

    Previous discussion about design help.

Is there a program that takes out double stitches

    Hope that helps!

On some designs, one color change may be the outline of the design. I did a cute polar fleece applique on polar fleece using a leaf design. I believe it was the last color change that we used. This color change outlined the leaf and also put a few vein lines in it. It turned out cute. So, we only used this last color changed, we did not stitch out the other colors. Just placed a piece of contrasting fleece on both sides of the base fleece, stitched out the leaf outline design and trimmed close to the outline stitching. Ended up with a applique on both sides so the fleece is reversible.

Thanks I will look at that but what I really want is to take out stitches.
