It was fun running around that site, but at my stage of quilting all I can do is dream, but I enjoyed looking. I wrote the site down to give to a lady at the Army who said she wanted to make a memory quilt.

Whoa, those are just like cross-stitch patterns! Love the pansy! My Nana was "Daisy"! (And so is my middle name!)

Looks just like the cross stitch pattern maker I use! Have also done tapestries bought from the Victoria & Albert museum before of William Morris's work. Way cool.....

They sure do look like cross-stitch. As a matter of fact I have used cross-stitch patterns for quilts. Use either the fusible gridded foundation or make into an applique. More options!!

A woman in my guild uses cross stitch patterns to make quilts. She uses 1" squares ending up with 1/2" squares pieced. They are simply awesome to see, as many are very large.
