Default Anyone know what this block is called?

So, was playing around with some stuff and came up with this. I swear I have seen it before, but now that I am looking for it, nada!

Those are four of the blocks put together, prints in center, white outside.

I'm not finding my reference book that has blocks divided by 4th's like this one, but I know it has a lot of regional names -- lol, just can't recall any of them right now. If you angle the pieces you get Windmill or Houndstooth.

It’s constructed like a rail fence. Most of the ones I’ve seen have 3-5 rails, but I think it works and looks good with 2.

It looks like a block I know as Roman Square but it usually has 3 rails not just 2.

I found one on MSQC called Jack and Jill but on her's, she put half square triangles on the ends of some, but the layout is the same.
