    Default brimfield block

    Has anyone done it yet?
It's an EPP block from Paperpieces.com.
it's very pretty and was just wondering if anyone was doing it and in what color combinations.
if you are, can you please show us a picture?
I got the papers as a Christmas gift, and am not sure how i want to do it yet.

I haven't EPP yet but that is an awesome block. You'll have so many color options to chose from with that block. It can even be a scrappy block. yellow, grey, black color scheme would look cool.

That's a pretty block. I'll be looking forward to seeing what you do with it.

i'm not sure yet. i might do it in bright scraps on Kona white.
I just finished an EPP 2" 60 degree diamond in aquas and blues, and a dog bone in 1" hexes. all brights on white. I'd love to post a picture of them, but i read someplace once we post a photo, it's the QB's to do whatever they seem fit to do.
If this information is incorrect, someone please tell me.

That is a beautiful block. I wish I did EPP. I never will as I hate hand sewing.

What I know is that if you Google something that has been posted on QB, it can turn up in the Google search. As in threads about a particular subject. Makes me careful about what I say on anything. Pictures can be copied easily on an iPad and reposted elsewhere if one has that sort of mindset. So depends on how private you want to be, I suppose. Maybe this is a whole new thread?

GriB and SusieOH, it's an applique after the wreaths are made. I will hand quilt it in the center, and sew them together . then I'll quilt between, it's great for a quilt as you go project. If you go to ...paperpieces.com, you'll see it there. it's called a Brimfield block. I don't know how to ttach it, i would if i could. so sorry. It's great for a QAYG. because the last few quilts were the type that had to be quilted as one piece, and i'm fresh out of money now. if someone can ttach it. please do.
