    Default contract for making quilts

Does anyone use a contract when making a quilt for someone. If so what do you need on one? And one for doing long arm quilting? Not sure what to put on mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this is the type of info you're looking for or not, but I found it by doing a quick search, maybe there's more info out there as well. http://siterepository.s3.amazonaws.c...1027325691.pdf

I think there was a thread similar to this a few weeks ago.......from memory Jan in VA responded with an example of her format, which seemed to be very comprehensive. Maybe pm Jan.
