Ok..I am hooked on rug mugs  ..Finished one and have now started another..The first one is done with fabric that has the look of feathers..This one that I am working on is a Cottage rug mug where you add windows and doors..My question is how and when? Do you cut out the windows and doors on the fabric and than sew on the fabric that is suppose to be the doors and windows before you sew around the outside edges of the cottage? Or do you sew the doors and window onto the fabric without cutting the main fabric after the cottage is sewn together?
