WOW! Looks like you do have an oldie ... but we know that you'll be sure to turn it into a goldie! 
Only problem is you don't have the fabrics to continue on, with the master plan. So necessity will be your mother to invention as to what to do. Noticed too, that the 12 blocks you have are varied, whereas the original was 4 sets of 3 block designs.
