    I am intrigued by the technique. It has the look of a stain glass but could be raw edge applique per the description.

    I wander if there are several layers of fabrics or what.

    I agree it looks layered. Or layed out on black fabric too?

    she freq makes mention in carious places about using paperback fusible, and the scissors cut alot of paper as well as detail fabric cuts.... so, I'm guessing it is layered, fused and then parts cut away....
