    Billy, what a great hubby you are. You not only made your wife a beautiful quilt, but you did this while caring for others and in a very short period of time. I can see why she likes the hummingbird fabric; it's gorgeous!

    Alrighty it is finished and she loves it!! :mrgreen:

    Funny thing about the photos is that the solid colors are a dark purple and the polka dot material is a lavender but it looks blue in the pictures.

    So here are a few photos of the gift for my wife..............All of it was done an a treadle using my 1940's Universal.

    I'm definitely copying this thread and putting the copy on top of my DH's empty plate so he is sure to see it. My birthday is 30 days away. Maybe he'll take the hint!? In my dreams. :roll:
