    Default HEAT PRESS Batting tape

I buy all my batting by the rolls. I have so much left over and some of it can be used and some just a little to small for a quilt. I bought this tape over a year ago and decided to try it on a quilt for myself. I love it!!. You can not tell where it was taped together and it quilted perfect. I highly recommend it. In fact for $30. I bought a 100 yd roll of it on ebay. I do not want to waste any batting and I am so excited. Wish I had tried it sooner. You can not feel where the tape is at, at all. I am so excited to not be wasting batting any longer. Also, it take no time to tape together.

I usually just zig zag on my machine with light thread. If too small use it for dog bedding or stuffing. But good idea.

I have also used fusible interfacing and cut it in strips. It is probably cheaper and does a good job,

I just cut strips from my bolt of Pellon lightweight fusible. I like using fusible instead of zig zag stitch but it is what ever works best for you!

I love this tape. I have several different widths of it . I also use it to stabilize HSTs when cut on the bias and back the edges of machine applique shapes. The convenience of the tape is the key. If I had to cut strips of fusible interfacing it would be a chore.

I use either left over interfacing, or just zig zag with widest setting on my machine, I'm Scottish and we are frugal, lol, waste not want not xx

Yep. Love it. I found a place that was selling out for $0.99/roll. I bought all they had.

That was a great find! I found 1/4" wide roll at Tuesday Morning and bought all they had. It's perfect for bias edges.

I had a roll given to me and I used it for the first time last weekend-LOVED it. Best new thing since I discovered spray basting. I will definitely use it again :-)
