while you will probably have to re-do that large difference, starch is your answer. Anytime I know I'll be working with lots of bias I starch,starch,starch before I even cut. On the long arm, it's sometimes possible to get wavy border to behave with lots of spray starch and some steam. You might try that with that very wide side to see if it will shrink and stablize some.

That's a huge difference, even if you sewed and ironed it completely wrong. My first thought is that you have one more row to add.

From the picture, it seems like the angle that you cut the strip sets is not a true 45 degree angle from top to bottom every time.

It looks like the sizes of diamonds vary. Measure the width of the inside row and the outside row. They look different in width. Check the pattern directions for the correct measurement. Then you know which strips to fix.

Did you cut individual pieces or use strips? Did you perhaps turn the ruler and use the side with the extra 1/2 inch marking when you cut them?

If you need additional help, lay the ruler over the strips. Line up a seam line with a mark on the ruler and post the picture.

This looks like a problem with your cutting when you are cutting your strip sets into the rows of diamonds. It looks like your cuts gets progressively more off from the desired angle with each cut. If the angle is getting larger with each cut, each strip will be a bit longer than the one cut before it. (And conversely, if the angle is getting smaller with each cut, each strip will be a bit shorter than the one cut before it.)

The video link that Rhonda K posted, above, shows how to use the lines on your cutting mat to get your strip set positioned on the 45 degree angle, and then use the vertical lines on the mat to position your ruler, and thus get an accurate 45 degree cut with every cut. (I wish I'd seen this video before making my first Lone Star quilt!)
