My friend wants me to make a flanged pillow sham, does anyone have an easy pattern?

I just take a sham that I already have - & copy what the manufacturer did - altering if I want something different. If you don't have one, you can always go shopping & take measurements & notes - without purchasing. Bed Bath & Beyond lets you return anything if you want to take one home.

This is one I came across a few years ago and since I have found it used it many times and it makes a beautiful one if I do say so myself
