I have a quilt that I am quilting for a family member and the colors are great but it is wonky, meaning the seams are not all 1/4" and it is a sampler, I am trying my best to keep it squared up on the quilter, but I am afraid it is going to come out looking puckered in places. Any suggestions?

Are you working on a long arm? Or quilting it on a domestic machine?

I had one like that, also from a relative :-)
I called her & told her that there was a problem before I started. She said just do your best. I pressed it again, using lots of steam. Then I SITD around all the blocks to stabilize them. Some were flat, others had puckers. Used cotton batting so after it was washed it was less noticeable.

I'd call her (or him) and let them know before you start that there's an issue.

Thanks, for your help, I already have it on the quilter, and I did press it before I put it on, I think it may not be as bad as I first thought,,, I was hoping there was a way to quilt it straight... LOL
