Here is a funny, a few years ago several of us were in a meeting with the IT manager. He had his laptop connected to the big overhead monitor and was going through a new computer system. Then in the middle of his presentation he got an Ebay Alert on something he had been bidding on. He was so busted, all of the top management and the company president was in the meeting. Wasn't long after this we all got an email from the president saying that we were not allowed to use company computers and internet access for personal use.

Yep, I'm at work too. I don't have a working computer at home right now, so this is my only access. I have a full-time job, but not enough work to keep me busy 8 hours every day, so I do have time to check this site and browse others. My boss is aware and can check if she wants to to see what I use the internet for, but doesn't say anything at all. Of course, when work comes in I take care of that right away, then come here when I have open time.

Ditto. My boss is the absolute best. I do my work, and then she doesn't mind us looking at something like this site. I love my job - it's the best I've ever had.
