I never really counted. I know I probably made at least 20 last year but at least 6 of them were doll quilts. 12"x18". Also made quite a few lap quilts but my granddaughter claimed several of them when she was here Christmas week. She used them to wrap up her dolls. She loved them. I was making them for nursing home but family comes firts.

I started in Oct. 2008, counted the other day 23 from lap size to queen size up to now. Up until Aug. 2010 I was also working. In the same time span, I knitted three pair of socks, three sweaters and two hats for baby. Sewed a coat for my grand daughter. And misc other projects.

My grandma taught me the devil finds work for idle hands. Bet you all heard the same thing.
Oh yes also made 10 pillowcase dresses for Little Dresses for Africa.

I completed about 5 lap quilts for the battered family shelter and a dozen quilted pillows for elder care facilities in the area. On my bad days I'd make quilt tops, and I have about 20 of them stashed away, gave 2 tops at the quilt guild meeting last Monday for various charities of the guild and its members. I had really harsh health issues last year, but a parathyroid operation in August, and I am just now getting to feeling better.

I should return to normal quilting mode soon, as I can stand for longer periods of time now with my calcium blood count under control. Being able to walk is truly like getting your life back. :)

In the 2 years I have been quilting I have completed 10 quilts and have 4 that need backs or are waiting for the long arm. I thought I was doing great until I saw some of the gorgeous, original quilts on this board! You are a very talented group of folks!

I am in awe of those who have several projects going at the same time. I cannot do that. I have to completely one project before I start another.

I believe I completed 7 quilts last year, at least that's the ones I can think of. 1 crib, 3 twin, and 3 queen sized.

Oh... I just remembered 2 more that are quilted and need to be bound still.

I make a minimum of 200 sandwich quilts for the womens & childrens abuse shelters in our area.
I have a TBI so sandwich quilting is what I am capable of at the moment.
I intend to add more in this year for the foster children program and maybe Project Linus.
It seems to fill something in my soul.
