Default I did a crazy thing tonight and counted all my work in categories oh my

There are ruffly 260 pieces of work, I did an itemized list of each kind on my blog and a rough estimate for here. I thought I'd share the pics. I am not sure which is worse too many finished items still living at home like grown children or too much fabric.

    Congrats on being so organized.

I need to sort my sewing room before I even think about what's in here to do.

wow-that would overwhelm me to the point of non-functional!
for some reason when i get behind and more than a few wips/ufo's have stacked up i become overwhelmed by it and find i can not do anything- as long as i keep my (list) down to 1/2 a dozen or so i can be quite productive- i'm afraid such a list in my world would cause nothing to get finished for a year or so! (not that i don't have about that many---i simply can not think about it in such numbers)

This is not unfinished work, it is done - the unfinished work is a whole nother matter entirely.

Wow - I have such a long way to go! I've only been quilting about a year and a half. Most of mine have a purpose when I make them, but some I've made just because they were there. I have maybe ... 10 finished projects still waiting for a home. I was shocked when I counted my projects that are living in baggies waiting for me to get to them - about 44. I think of them as one a month for over 3 years. Does that stop me from buying more? Nope! Of those on hand right now 9 have deadlines and a purpose - deadlines from January to May. I have only 1 UFO - just can't make myself finish that. At the beginning of the summer I had 14 UFOs and vowed not to get into that shape again. Helps that sandwiching, quilting, and binding have gotten easier for me. Loved looking at your work - thanks for sharing.

I would look into a spot that you could do a show/sale of your great work. See if you can do it in conjunction with an painter or woodworker in an art gallery. You would never get what they are worth at a craft show or bazaar. Be on they lookout for some huge storage bins that come on sale after the holidays. You can pack them away until you can find a venue?
